Super down to earth guy, explained everything really well, and you could tell he actually knew what he was doing. After the scorpion treatment we started seeing dead scorpions almost immediately which was both satisfying and horrifying 😂 He also gave us a solid game plan for the pigeon problem instead of just trying to upsell us on stuff we didn’t need. “I’ve been using Richardson Pest Management since 2012, and I can’t say enough good things about them. We originally had a pretty bad scorpion issue, and they were able to get it under control quickly and effectively. What really stood out was how they helped coordinate with our neighbors so we weren’t just pushing the problem from one house to another. That approach made a huge difference. After moving to a new home, we ran into similar scorpion issues again. We started up service and worked to align treatment schedules with our neighbors. Once they saw the results we were getting, they ended up switching over as well—and now we’re all on the same plan again, which has been extremely effective. “Extremely friendly and professional, family owned business. We found termites in our garage on a Sunday. We called them on Monday, and they were able to have someone to our house Wednesday morning. They arrived on time, and were very thorough in going over the process and their pricing before starting the job. We also had them come out on Friday for a general spray- we had been having a cricket problem, and have not seen a single one since. “If you're looking for a pest management service(scorpions, spiders, bugs, etc.) look no further. RPM is the company to choose. Here's why: It's family owned & operated. It's a husband/wife, son/daughter team. They're some of the nicest people you'll ever meet, they're prompt, affordable, respectful, and just GOOD people. Most importantly, their service is REALLY GOOD. I have them for scorpions, bugs, etc., and should I ever need a retreat, they're at my house within a day, at most, the next day. The owner stopped by my house at 7pm once after he was HOME because I left a voicemail saying I found a scorpion. These are the type of people I"m talking about. Lastly, the chemicals they use are earth/pet friendly. I have a dog, and that's really important to me. I don't know the Richardsons, but I really love their service. “I had a really good experience using Richardson Pest Control. The process started with a flyer about their services hung on my door. When they came in to work on my neighbor’s roof, I spoke to them about the work they were doing. Chandler explained in detail the process and equipment they use. I was very impressed with the quality of work and their professionalism. They cleaned up very well and did not leave a mess. The roof and solar panels were cleaned. A tension wire was placed at the peak of the roof. This deters the birds. Also, they applied gel on the exhaust. This prevents the birds from landing on them. I am a happy customer!”

“I've been a customer now for 6 years or more. It all started when the dreaded signs of termites showed up. I think my neighbor recommended them, but honestly can't even remember how I got connected with them. They've been great all these years. They are a family business so I think it's usually the owner or one of his sons who comes to treat my house. They ALWAYS ring the bell just to check to see if you have any pest issues they need to focus on. They also always send me a message a couple days before they are coming to treat so I can make sure the dog is blocked off. Not once have they ever left my gate not latched, a small but important detail when you've got a dog. I also think it's important to note, that I regularly notice the gravel up against my foundation has been moved around. This tells me that they are actually doing work, not just walking around with a sprayer for 10 minutes. When it comes to a pest control company, they're exactly what you want - a friendly, respectful, no drama company that just takes care of it. I honestly can't remember the last time I've even seen a scorpion, cockroach, or even cricket around the house now that I've had them taking care of things for so long.”
