"Great service and fairly priced."

"Family owned business, caring, knowledgeable, prompt staff. Highly recommend!"

"Great price, friendly staff, and nonbugs."

"Fantastic people who are responsive, fast, and a great deal!"

"Everything went well. Everything was explained in detail. Very happy with the experience."

"The folks at Richardson were amazing. Very professional, friendly service. I appreciated the timeliness and quality of work. The pigeon controls they put in place look great and non invasive to our home's look."

"Fast service, professional, highly recommend!"

"We had what seemed like a daunting situation, Richardson had someone out immediately and we haven’t had a problem since! They came back two weeks later for a follow up, the best customer experience!"

"5 Stars, hands down. If you have the choice, always go local and family-owned. There’s a level of care, pride, respect, and appreciation you don’t get everywhere else. From the moment we connected with them, they were kind, trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely invested in doing things right. You can tell when a business is providing a service vs when a family has poured their time, reputation, and heart into building something they’re proud of. This is the latter. They treated us with respect, followed through on what they said they would do, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. Supporting a local family-owned business isn’t just about where you spend your money. It’s about who you’re choosing to support. And this is a family and business we’re genuinely grateful to have supported. Five stars without hesitation. Highly recommend."

"The technician Chase, who came out to give us an initial quote, was friendly and personable. He gave me direct answers when I had questions and explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. The Office Manger Ashley was extremely helpful and worked with me even though I had some requests and questions that were out of the ordinary regarding invoices and services. We have had an issue with pigeons for awhile and were pleased to see they also offered pigeon services. Noah was kind and worked with us and our schedule. He didn't knock on our door when he arrived, as we requested, because we had a sleeping baby. The mesh and wire they put up is not an eye sore. The weed and pest technician Matt was also friendly and asked what kind of bugs we had seen and where we had seen them. He was quick and efficient making us feel like he wanted to do a good job. Overall every interaction with any Richardson Pest Management employee was pleasant. They were all friendly and helpful. We switched from Green Mango after they raised prices and started acting shady with when and how they charged us. But with Richardson their prices are fair and they are transparent with how they do business. I have already recommended them to my family and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality business who treats their customers with respect."

"We had an ant invasion in our kitchen. I called Richardson pest control and they come out within a few hours. They're very friendly and pleasant. We signed up for regular service."

"(5 Stars)Excellent Communication prior to arrival and at my home. Care taken with property and my dogs who got out to Check things out. Huge job of ridding pigeons, nests, mass accumulation of poop, and old netting was handled effectively and with care. Complete washdown of roof tiles and solar panels- minimal residue expected to wash off with next rain. Very pleased with your services."

"Great company. Always on time with prior notice. Do a thorough job."

"Been using Richardson Pest Management for 2+ years now and they've been consistently terrific at keeping our property free of bugs and other nuisances. Most recently, they pigeon-proofed our rooftop solar panels for a very fair price, all backed up with a five-year warranty. In addition to being skilled and efficient, their communication with customers is excellent. They always let me know well in advance when they're coming to spray, their billing system is as clear and simple as it gets, and they never rely on cheesy sales tactics for upsell services. Bottom line: these are true skilled professionals. I plan to keep relying on Richardson as long as they're around."

"Timely and thorough - great communication at a very reasonable price."

"I had them come out and take care of my pigeon issue. The 2 technicians were super friendly and did an excellent job. Everything was cleaned up and looking great when they were done. I would highly recommend them."

"Chandler was super kind, quick and efficient. He was here for about 5-10min total and was able to show me exactly where pigeons were at on my roof and nesting. Explained the course of action they will take and showed me pictures of what is to be installed. Was respectful of my time and let me decide if/when I wanted to proceed (which i did because of the amazing customer service he provided). Pricing wasn’t bad. I’m paying 2200 but do also have a 3700+ sq ft, 2 story home with solar panels and the prior owner never remedied the issue so there is a LOT of cleanup needed (tons of bird poop). Would definitely recommend. I will also be going through them for bimonthly pest control once I’m out of my current contract too !"

"Pigeons have finally gone away!! We are extremely pleased with service and effectiveness of Richardson Pest Management: they were able to stop the continued roosting of a small flock of pigeons on our roof. Another company had tried and failed to get them to go away. Mr. Chas Richardson was very good at explaining pigeon behavior and the challenges in discouraging them to roost after they had been established. He told us what their technician would do and its likelihood of success. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. We were also pleased with the technician who sent us photos and texts to make sure we understood what was done. I highly recommend this company for pigeon problems. It was recommended to us by a friend who also used them successfully."

"Our neighbors had their solar panels pigeon proofed by Richardson. I stopped and asked questions, they said it was likely they may migrate and find a new spot! Lo and behold, our house was next. He was very professional and I thought the price was fair for the work needed. I scheduled him and his crew to get it handled. They showed up this morning at 6 AM and were very neat and professional. I hardly knew they were even out there. They carried away four bags full of bird excrement, washed off the roof and under the panels. They put up Some kind of coated wire that wouldn’t rust all around each panel. They put wires across the peaks of the house and then cleaned up their mess. They were very. Good and I would highly recommend them to anybody with a pigeon problem."

"Well, I live in a neighborhood fortunately enough to have a big backyard and with citrus trees there over the years we’ve seen many pests, including scorpions had a few different has control companies work to control that we have a special needs son that it would be devastating to his already compromised health. He got stung by a scorpion and when we switched over to Richardson Pest Control, we feel so good about the coverage and protection that we have in the yard and on the home recently, we had Chase come out and he found a wasp nest on the front porch and just talked to me and educated me on some of the stuff he was seeing in the yard how to control it and what their plan of action was to do so we are in great hands with Richardson Pest Control. thank you for great service. "I’ve been using Richardson Pest Management since 2012, and I can’t say enough good things about them. We originally had a pretty bad scorpion issue, and they were able to get it under control quickly and effectively. What really stood out was how they helped coordinate with our neighbors so we weren’t just pushing the problem from one house to another. That approach made a huge difference. After moving to a new home, we ran into similar scorpion issues again. We started up service and worked to align treatment schedules with our neighbors. Once they saw the results we were getting, they ended up switching over as well—and now we’re all on the same plan again, which has been extremely effective. They are honest, reliable, great with pets, and clearly know what they’re doing. Highly recommend Richardson Pest Management if you’re dealing with scorpions or any pest issues."

When we did find one I called Chase and he came out the same day (a week before our scheduled services) to re-treat. I recommend RPM to everyone."

"Great service very friendly!!"

"Always polite, reliable and professional!!!"

"If you're looking for a pest management service(scorpions, spiders, bugs, etc.) look no further. RPM is the company to choose. Here's why: It's family owned & operated. It's a husband/wife, son/daughter team. They're some of the nicest people you'll ever meet, they're prompt, affordable, respectful, and just GOOD people. Most importantly, their service is REALLY GOOD. I have them for scorpions, bugs, etc., and should I ever need a retreat, they're at my house within a day, at most, the next day. The owner stopped by my house at 7pm once after he was HOME because I left a voicemail saying I found a scorpion. These are the type of people I"m talking about. Lastly, the chemicals they use are earth/pet friendly. I have a dog, and that's really important to me. I don't know the Richardsons, but I really love their service. That's why I'm writing this review. Call them. You won't be disappointed."

"We switched over to Richardson Pest Management several months ago after not being happy with our previous service. We wish we had found them sooner! They have been a wonderful company to work with!"

"Best if the best!"

"Great service!! Long term customer here!"

"I had a severe pigeon problem in my attic and Richardson Pest Management came and handle it expeditiously for me. I spoke to Chase (who is extremely knowledgeable with pigeons) on a Friday and they had me on the books by Monday. Top tier customer service and my pigeon problem has been solved. The fact their work is guarantee for 5 years, speaks volumes. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you’re having any pigeon or bird issue I would highly recommend them for your needs. Great work"

"We have trusted Richardson Pest Management for over 3 years with our scorpion control. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!"

"These guys are superb. I moved here San Tan Valley, Az. 6 years ago and after extensive research, chose Richardson Pest Management this was after meeting Nelson and his son Chase, the owners. I've never regretted it. We've had a few unusual problems loke a huge nest of beetles and ongoing cricket issues, both of which were solved. In addition, they've done my termite control, pigeon abatement under my solar panels, and most recently cleaning of said panels. And any last minute issues that come up.they fit you into the schedule. Keep it up guys, you're much better than the big name companies and more budget friendly!"

"ask for Chase he knows about pest control Thank you for your help Chase!!"

"Richardson is top notch! They have the most responsive & friendly team! We found a scorpion on the patio over the weekend and they moved my regularly scheduled spray up to ease my worries. I HATE bugs (you could rob me with a spider!) and thanks to them, we hardly ever see them, and on the off chance we do, they are out here right away. Thank you!!"

"Amazing family does the job right never seen someone do so much for there clients"

"Very friendly efficient service!"

"Richard Richardson pest control is the best pest control."

"Exceptional experience from start to end. Great communicators, very responsive and thorough. I would highly recommend them."

"Great exterminator company. They’re very customer service oriented."

"Displeased partway through a pigeon-deterrence project through another well-known firm, I reached out to RPM for a second opinion. The next day, Chase visited my site, provided a resaonable cost-to-complete, but recognizing my sunk cost, suggested it might make sense to stick with the incumbent. I appreciated RPM's responsiveness and objectivity. Kudos Guys."

"We have used Richardson Pest Management for 3 years now. They are FANTASTIC! Not only have their services been highly effecting in treating scorpions, they are a tremendous family company with customer service being their utmost priority. Anything that we need, whether it be a retreat in between our scheduled services or more blacklights etc., they are warm, receptive and always willing! They are so knowledgeable in what they do and have educated us on their strategies for treatment and in scorpion control. And even better, it works! We feel secure with them and know that we can count on them to handle our questions or concerns, if any. And their pricing is very reasonable, especially for the flexibility and time that they dedicate to making sure that our needs are met. With all the pest companies out there, we feel lucky and grateful that we found such loyal, honest, and hardworking people to help us battle the desert!:)"

"Such a great company. You can tell they have a great core value as a family owned company and they treat all their customers as part of their family. Anytime I needed another spray they were out the next day without questions. Highly recommended."

"I had a really good experience using Richardson Pest Control. The process started with a flyer about their services hung on my door. When they came in to work on my neighbor’s roof, I spoke to them about the work they were doing. Chandler explained in detail the process and equipment they use. I was very impressed with the quality of work and their professionalism. They cleaned up very well and did not leave a mess. The roof and solar panels were cleaned. A tension wire was placed at the peak of the roof. This deters the birds. Also, they applied gel on the exhaust. This prevents the birds from landing on them. I am a happy customer!"

"Great job. Easy to work with."

"Unbelievable service from this company. We've had Richardson Pest Management servicing our house since we moved in 2 years ago. Not a complaint at all in 2 years, I don't think about bugs anymore. My 2 year old loves trying to look for scorpions with the black light they provide, but he doesn't even know what we are looking for because RPM takes care of keeping the scorpions away. Best pest service in the Valley."

"Exceptional service, kind, and they did not hesitate to come out with short notice, on a Saturday, after another company had stood us up for two days waiting for them. Highly recommended!"

")Chase did a good job explaining everything about the pest (scorpions) and what he would do to treat them. He gave his input on when to treat them to get rid of them and he was very kid friendly even explained to the little ones why not to get near scorpions. Looking forward to him treating our house to finally get rid of the pest. Thank you for your service!"

"They are always prompt, thorough, polite and friendly."

"Always great service and ready to help with anything extra going on. Could not be happier with a pest control service!"

"My 5 year old left the door open in the morning and told me some rodent snuck in. I didn’t really believe him.. Well 10 hours later I hear something in my room.. I couldn’t tell exactly what it was hiding. But it was a GOPHER! I called Richardson pest and Chase came so fast to help me out. He got it out and I can sleep peacefully tonight🙌🏼"

"I've been using Richardson for my pest control for the last 6 months or so. Being a family owned business, I feel that they truly care about the work they're doing. They've always been super friendly and responsive anytime I've had to speak with anyone. They take the time to explain everything they're doing, showing me trouble areas and giving advice on what to do to keep pests under control. This past weekend we found a termite tube in one of the bedrooms and they immediately came and inspected and scheduled a service to take care of them. Chandler was super friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure I understood everything he was going to do and made me feel confident that the termite issue would be taken care of. Thanks Chandler and Richardson!"

"Very responsive to my request for a service call. Problem was quickly solved. This was a warranty repair, not new business, but I was treated as though it was. Very respectable company."

I went through 9–10 quotes with other companies, but there was just something about Chase’s approach that felt right. His professionalism and the way he treated me as a customer made the decision easy, and I’m glad I went with them. The attention to detail and commitment to doing the job the right way really stood out. This is the kind of service that earns referrals and repeat business. "Great job, as always. Thank you so much for moving our schedule up to help with our scorpion issue."

"I've been a customer now for 6 years or more. It all started when the dreaded signs of termites showed up. I think my neighbor recommended them, but honestly can't even remember how I got connected with them. They've been great all these years. They are a family business so I think it's usually the owner or one of his sons who comes to treat my house. They ALWAYS ring the bell just to check to see if you have any pest issues they need to focus on. They also always send me a message a couple days before they are coming to treat so I can make sure the dog is blocked off. Not once have they ever left my gate not latched, a small but important detail when you've got a dog. I also think it's important to note, that I regularly notice the gravel up against my foundation has been moved around. This tells me that they are actually doing work, not just walking around with a sprayer for 10 minutes. When it comes to a pest control company, they're exactly what you want - a friendly, respectful, no drama company that just takes care of it. I honestly can't remember the last time I've even seen a scorpion, cockroach, or even cricket around the house now that I've had them taking care of things for so long."

"My tech was friendly & professional. He communicated well & answered my questions. Pigeon mitigation is a niche skill & Im glad I found someone to take care of it! Would recommend this company. Easy to setup appointment service was quick & office staff was easy to work with as well!"

"Outstanding phenomenal service! Chase and his team got the work done on schedule and done in a shorter Timeframe than expected. Great communication throughout the process amazing price and Excellent work. I must’ve called four or five other companies After putting a message out on a bulletin board, Chase was the only one that called me and out of all the conversations he spoke to me like a real person, answered all my questions I made the experience of wonderful."

"They come on time and are always courteous. They took care of our Scorpio problem."

"Richardson Pest Management is the best - some of the nicest people you will ever meet, they do a fantastic job from treatment to billing and they listen to any concerns we may have! We have a home in Gilbert, AZ that we operate as a rental through VRBO and Furnished Finders. It is imperative that we always receive great reviews and having a clean home inside and out is essential. Chase from Richardsons has taken care of our home since we purchased it. He comes over and takes excellent care of all treatment, efficiently and intuitively. He suggests things that will help us prevent any problems before they occur and is very thorough in his applications. Because of this we have never had any pest problem and ALL our reviews have been 5 Star!"

"I’ve been using Richardson Pest Managment for a year and a half, and I am beyond pleased. Everyone is extremely kind and professional. They always go above and beyond. I had a horrible cricket problem when I first bought the house and nothing I did would get rid of them until Richardson came along. The original technician warned me to give it a month because they did two passes in that time, but only in one pass did they already completely obliterate my cricket problem. They are amazing and very responsive, helpful, etc. I also compared and continue to compare prices with other companies, and they are very competitive. It’s a fair price for how much they’ve improved my life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"If you're looking for honest, reliable pest control in the valley, look no further! We’ve been using Richardson for over 6 years. As anyone here knows, there is no shortage of pest control companies, and we are constantly solicited by others offering special deals. We stay with Richardson because they are incredibly good at what they do, run their business with integrity, and offer great service at a competitive price. Nelson, Chase, and Ashley are always super helpful whenever we reach out. Their technicians always show up exactly when they say they will and do an amazing job keeping our home completely pest free. We absolutely love supporting this small family business. Highly recommend!"

"RPM does a phenomenal job! Quickly in and out of the house, and great customer service. We sought help to take care of a scorpion issue. Every summer I’d kill 20+ in the backyard. Other pest control companies couldn’t seem to take care of the scorpions. So we found RPM had a specific method to target scorpions. They’re liquid blasting techniques have seemingly eradicated them over night. RPM even gave my a black light about a year ago to make sure the scorpions are gone. We haven’t seen any since! RPM has become a staple at our home. Thanks all!"

"What a great experience with Richardson Pest Management. Showed up in a new truck. I was greeted by Chase who was well dressed, professional and a genuinely nice guy. He asked about my challenges, diagnosed the best approach to rid me of the problem and completed everything quickly and efficiently. BTW not a sign of those critters since the service! Great job!!!"
